Stallion originates loans on a first lien position at a maximum of 70% of the property’s loan value. Therefore, each loan offers at least 30% equity that serves as a buffer and additional protection from loss. Stallion has a long track record in this area of expertise, having funded more than $450 million in loans.

Historically, real estate investments have been a vital part of a diversified portfolio. However, purchasing and managing real estate investments can be risky and time consuming. Stallion’s Debt Funds make it easy to invest in Texas’ five most growth-oriented real estate markets.

Our direct loan model has proven to be a stable and consistent investment strategy that reduces risk and provides a stream of income and a stable store of value with a target return of 7-8%.

Our Texas Real Estate Debt Funds deploy capital into short-term real estate loans to generate yield for our clients. The Funds generate income from interest paid on short-term real estate loans and associated origination fees. As individual loans are paid off the capital is redeployed into new loans, maximizing the overall yield to the investor.

Common Questions

The Stallion Texas Real Estate Fund II (STREF II) has installed a REIT Subsidiary of the Fund. Doing so allows the Fund and its investors to take advantage of a 20% qualified business income deduction (QBID), regardless of an investor’s tax bracket. See section 199a of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act or speak with your financial advisor/CPA for more info.

Many IRAs and SEPs allow funds to be directed to Stallion. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept 401K investments or other pension vehicles. We work closely with several custodians that can accommodate your specific needs.

The average investment is $250,000, though we require a minimum investment of $100,00 to begin investing in the Stallion Texas Real Estate Funds.
