Relationships Create Value

Strong Relationships and Diverse
Talents are the Stallion Advantage.
The Beginning

Who we are

It started in 2007, with one loan and one investor. Vincent Balagia, our Founder and CEO, had identified a new opportunity for private investors: direct loans. The direct loan model proved to be a stable and consistent investment.

Today, things are a little different (increased volume will do that) but the overall strategy remains the same. Vincent knew that building an experienced team of seasoned industry leaders would pay dividends in the future. Our clients’ success have shown his instincts were right.

About us

Our team

Over the past 15 years, we’ve recruited a family of highly talented individual with diverse talents.

Founder / CEO
Vincent started out working with banks, investment brokerage firms, and gradually moving into non-traditional asset management. In 2005, he joined a private lending firm in Austin, managing the origination department. It was there that he conceived of a new sort of private lending fund, one that placed greater emphasis on personal relationships. It was May 2007 when Vincent founded Stallion. Since then, Stallion has deployed more than $300 million into the Texas real estate markets, delivering consistent, high yield returns for its investors.
