STREF I is Stallion’s inaugural private credit fund, focused exclusively on short-term, first-lien residential real estate loans in Texas. The fund holds a 66-loan portfolio with an average loan size of approximately $1 million, reflecting a larger, more institutional loan profile than its successor fund. It lends against single-family homes, land, and residential condominiums across Texas, and is available exclusively to accredited investors. We are not currently accepting new investors into this fund.
